Lindsay Lohan headed back to court

Sigh. Another day, another Lindsay Lohan court hearing. This morning, she goes before Judge Elden Fox who will decide whether or not last month's failed drug tests will send her back to jail. TMZ has set up a live stream outside the courthouse and it reporting that the actress appeared a little after 8 a.m. PST with not-so-cute hair. Sorry, no photos yet to confirm her allegedly Bad Hair Day.
UPDATE 2: Judge Fox has sent Lohan back to rehab until Jan. 3, meaning the actress has avoided a fourth stint in jail.
